In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in order to ensure the safety of our members, their families, friends, communities, and patients, ASCLS-Kansas will be following CDC guidance and canceling the 2020 Joint Meeting of ASCLS-Kansas & Wheatlands CLMA originally scheduled to occur April 20 – 21, 2020.

We do so with a heavy heart, but as medical professionals, we do so understanding it is in the best interest for the health of all Kansans and those in our region to slow the spread of SARS-CoV-2.

We hope to reschedule the meeting for another time and will communicate further when more information is available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For those that have already registered and paid for the now canceled 2020 Joint Meeting of ASCLS-Kansas & Wheatlands CLMA: We are in the process of refunding your registration fees. Please allow until March 27, 2020 for the refunds to finish processing before contacting us for further investigation.

If you made hotel reservations, they were a contract between you and the Hilton Garden Inn Manhattan and must be canceled through the hotel or Hilton directly. Per their policy, all reservations that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
